Belfast At Night

Paul Murphy over at Made in China 69 recently suggested to me that I was a Flaneur. I think he's right. I do wander the streets of Belfast for hours observing. Here's a photo from last night's walk.

Yeah - I gotta wear a scarf. Especially today - at noon the street lights snapped on cause it was so dark from the clouds heavy with rain.
