thanks alan for letting us know, we will get on to the powers that be to put in our dissent, or maybe we should just ask why? if belfast is regenerating, then why not celebrate with local colour! alas, one will never know -- after all the statue of liberty was given to the US by France and we want to call them Freedom Fries!
