Check out this post from local blog Good on Paper:
Especially like this bit from the post: "Belfast is increasingly worthy of classification as a cultural wasteland, with our arts council blind to anything unrelated to the Troubles or the Titanic, our largest gallery space now seized and run as a showroom for mindless, overpriced garbage (also available for corporate events and weddings!)"
For some reason I hear the words "Terry Bradley" in my head...

For God's Sake Wayne - please. You know I break out in a RASH when I hear that name.
Actually - that's a bit harsh, maybe we should get him on the show. Some sort of Terry Bradley's Art Tips or something. Terry's Tips - there you go - we'll give him a theme tune and everything.

"A cultural wasteland" This is great... the mad max territory creativity - where artistic endeavour collide with baron bureaucracy. I think your friend, 'General - Andy' is about to mount a coup!
